Partner — co-host a vertical chapter

A Partner is not a sponsor. You co-own the room — shaping the member roster, anchoring the investor or operator presence, and presenting your organisation to 192 matched introductions per year across 24 bi-weekly sessions.

Who the Partner tier is built for

The Partner model works for any organisation whose business development depends on consistent access to a specific professional community. It is not limited to investors — the co-host role is equally valuable for professional service firms, corporate innovation teams, and industry associations.

VC firms & angel investors

Consistent deal flow in your exact thesis vertical — bi-weekly, not once a year at a conference. Observe founders under structured feedback before they reach your inbox. 4 spotlight slots means 4 sessions where your firm anchors the feedback panel and is seen as the investor in the room.

Corporate innovation teams

Surface vendor and partner solutions through the challenge brief format — present a real business problem, let the room respond in 14 minutes. Faster than an RFP. Your 1 co-hosted session lets you shape the full agenda for one session per year to match your innovation priorities.

Law firms & professional services

192 matched 1:1 meetings per year with the exact professional community you serve. Two seats means two attorneys, consultants, or advisors from your firm building relationships simultaneously. Branding in every session recap keeps your firm visible between sessions.

Accelerators & incubators

Extend your portfolio company support beyond the cohort. Your alumni get structured access to investors and operators in their vertical. The co-hosted session is your annual showcase — one session shaped entirely around your portfolio's current needs.

Industry associations

Anchor the vertical chapter as the industry body for your sector. Your branding in every session and recap positions the association as the convener of the professional community — 24 times per year, not once at an annual conference.

B2B vendors & SaaS companies

Your target customers are members of the chapter. 192 matched 1:1 meetings per year means 192 structured conversations with qualified prospects — without cold outreach. Use the case study spotlight slot to demonstrate value through a client story rather than a sales pitch.

What Partner includes

2 member seats — all 24 sessions

Two people from your organisation attend every session as full Members. Both hold category seats, both make 60-second intros, both participate in matched 1:1 meetings and the referral round. Seats can rotate between colleagues across the year — the seat belongs to the organisation, not a specific individual.

192 matched 1:1 meetings per year

2 seats × 4 matched 1:1 slots × 24 sessions. Every 1:1 is platform-matched by looking-for declaration — not random. Both seats receive independent matching, so your two representatives are in different conversations simultaneously at every session.

4 spotlight slots — 2 per seat

Each seat gets 2 spotlight presentation slots per year. Use them as pitch slots, challenge briefs, or case studies — in any combination. Priority scheduling means your slots are booked before the general member pool opens. 4 sessions per year where your organisation is the featured presenter training the room to refer you.

1 co-hosted session — full organiser role

Once per year your organisation takes the session host role for one full session. You shape the agenda, select the spotlight presenters, and open the session with your opening brief. Your branding leads the session intro. The chapter is yours for that session — use it to showcase portfolio companies, surface challenges for open discussion, or run a themed vertical deep-dive.

Branding in all session intros & recaps

Your organisation is named in the session intro at every session — 24 times per year. Your logo and name appear in every session recap email sent to all chapter members within 24 hours of each session. Passive visibility with the entire member community between sessions.

Membership committee co-review role

Partners participate in reviewing membership applications for their chapter alongside Exponanta. You have input on category fit and role balance — ensuring the room composition serves your strategic goals. You do not hold veto power, but your perspective on vertical relevance is factored into every membership decision.

Dedicated 1:1 matching concierge

A dedicated Exponanta contact manages your 1:1 matching preferences for both seats. You can specify priority match types before each session — by role, by company stage, by specific member — rather than relying solely on the platform algorithm.

The value at $1,920 per year

Two individual Member subscriptions at $120 per 6 months would cost $480 per year for two seats — but without the co-hosted session, the spotlight priority, the branding, the membership committee role, or the 1:1 concierge. Partner is $1,920 for the full organisational presence: $80 per session for two people in the room, 192 matched introductions, and the ability to shape the chapter from the inside.

How to become a Partner

The Partner relationship starts with a conversation — not a form. We want to understand your organisation's goals, your vertical focus, and how the chapter can serve both your team and the member community.

Initial conversation

A 30-minute call with the Exponanta team. We discuss your vertical focus, your team's looking-for declarations, and the co-hosted session agenda. No commitment required.

Chapter fit assessment

We confirm which vertical chapter is the right match for your organisation — or whether a new chapter in your vertical makes sense. Partners can anchor an existing chapter or co-found a new one.

Partner agreement & onboarding

Annual agreement, two seat assignments, spotlight slot scheduling, co-hosted session date confirmed, and branding assets collected. Your two seats are active at the next scheduled session.

Questions about the Partner tier

Yes. The two seats belong to your organisation, not to specific individuals. You can rotate which team members attend as long as the membership committee is notified in advance. Rotating seats too frequently reduces the referral relationship-building value — the room learns to refer specific people, not a logo — but occasional rotation is supported.

You take the session host role for one full 2-hour session. You deliver the opening brief, select or approve the three spotlight presenters, and your branding leads the session intro. The format remains the same — 60-second intros, spotlight presentations, matched 1:1 meetings, referral round — but the session is shaped around your priorities. Common uses: showcase portfolio companies, run a vertical deep-dive on a theme relevant to your investment or innovation thesis, or bring in an external speaker for the opening brief.

Yes. Each additional vertical chapter is a separate Partner agreement at the same annual rate. A VC firm with investments across HealthTech and FinTech could hold Partner status in both chapters — two separate sets of seats, spotlight slots, and co-hosted sessions, one per chapter.

Yes. If your vertical does not yet have a chapter, a Partner organisation can anchor the founding of a new chapter. Exponanta provides the format, platform, and session structure. The founding Partner co-shapes the initial member recruitment and the chapter's vertical focus. Founding Partner terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Sponsorship is passive — your logo on a banner, your name in a footer. A Partner co-runs the chapter. You attend every session, hold category seats, shape the member roster through the membership committee, present in spotlight slots, and host one full session per year. The value is relational, not promotional. You are not buying visibility — you are buying consistent structured access to the professional community most relevant to your organisation.
